What responsibilities do you have towards these other professional roles?

PTLLS learning outcome 1, responsibility for Maintaining a Safe and Supportive Learning Environment, might include questions such as:

  • Explain how you are responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment within your role and ways that you would promote appropriate behaviour and respect for others – PTLLS level 3
  • Explain how to establish and maintain a safe and supportive environment – PTLLS level 4.
  • Explain how to promote appropriate behaviour and respect for others – PTLLS level 4.

You need to research Maslow’s hierarcy of needs and discuss risk assessment, ground rules, and ice-breakers. You could also explain how you will meet the outcomes of Every Child Matters.
